Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Mix and match colors as required for the project, ensuring proper consistency and quality.
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters and clean up after completing the project.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and color schemes.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure all workspaces are clean and hazard-free.
